The Collective Shadow
Each of us has contributed in some way
When we are not aware of and/or not aligned with the truths of who we are as individuals, we are unable to perceive truths outside ourselves and can be easily deceived. Until we work with our personal shadows, we will be ineffective in our intentions and efforts to heal and eradicate the collective shadow.
Soul memories of prejudice, oppression, and violence haunt every soul on the planet, despite the growth and expansion of consciousness and healing wounds of a long ago past many of us have pursued. We have all contributed to the collective shadow in some way.
The collective shadow has given rise to conquest, division, ignorance, and greed, severing our connection to the rhythms of the cosmos and the earth and the flow of energy between them through us – the conduits. The sacred rhythm of connection has been forgotten, like the Divine Feminine that exists in all of us, her voice reduced to a whisper.
A soul sickness blankets the earth, manifesting as anger, despair, and a cry for healing and the restoration of Peace. It is the essence of the collective shadow we all own.
As bridges of consciousness, WE become like tuning forks, resonating with the frequencies of cosmic consciousness, bridging the heavens and the earth through our essence. So, it becomes even more important to know ourselves – to become clear channels for energies of higher frequency, harmonizing polarized energies, and illuminating the shadow, discovering its presence first within ourselves, acknowledging its vulnerabilities and accentuating the Light it offers in its hidden gifts.
We are reminded to stay focused on the Light and not the uncertainty contained within the mist that obscures our view. While the mist may be a place of discomfort, it is also reminding us that it connects both worlds. The pathway will clear when the winds of change choose a direction, but it will depend on the choices each one of us makes.
We are Shadow and we are Light, dancing in the ethereal mist of tomorrows not yet defined.

A beautiful piece, dear Nancy.
Wise words, Nancy. We have to plumb the depths to find the light.
